We provide detailed size charts for each product category (like Bottoms, Bras, Bralettes). We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our charts for the best fit. Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from our warehouse in Washington, US. We deliver worldwide, bringing comfort and confidence across the globe. Please note: due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear options:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days order processing). Ideal for predictable timing.
  • Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days processing). Perfect for planning ahead and saving.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. After dispatch:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days.
These are estimates. Occasionally, customs clearance can add additional time, which is outside our control. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
