Shipping Information

We craft and ship your orders with the same care we put into designing our Essential Soft Bras and 9″ Boxer Briefs.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global community:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    Delivery: 10–15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping – On orders over $50
    Carrier: EMS
    Delivery: 15–25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, or carrier delays. We ship worldwide, excluding certain restricted areas in Asia and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you own, whether it’s our 4.5″ Trunks, Adaptable Bras, or Cozy Luxe sets. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be clear and hassle-free.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. The process is simple, respectful, and built with your confidence in mind.

The Simple Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all the details needed to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions
    Within 2 business days, we’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
  3. Ship It Back
    Pack the unused, unwashed item in its original packaging (if possible). Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our Washington warehouse.
  4. We Process & You Get Your Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange and send you an email notification.

Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds with the same attention to detail we apply to our Compression wear and Board Shorts.

  • Timeline: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid via PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.

Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color in our Bralettes or Boy Shorts? We’re happy to help! Follow the same process above, stating clearly in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the desired item, size, and color.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  • If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
  • The exchange item will ship once the return is received and approved. Standard or Free Shipping (EMS) rates apply based on your new order total.

Important Shipping & Cost Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (like the $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable.
  • International Returns: We accept returns from most countries. However, any customs duties or international return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats & Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Beachwear & Accessories – specifically, Bikinis & Tangas that have had the hygiene liner removed or are not in original, unused condition.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition: worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (clearly marked at purchase).

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all our customers, reflecting the respect inherent in our Collections.
