We design intentional apparel—from our Gender Affirming collection and buttery-soft Bamboo Rib fabrics to our Essential Soft Bras and Boxer Briefs—for individuals who value comfort, self-expression, and quality. Our community is global, diverse, and confident.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product designs (e.g., Collections like Cozy Luxe, Compression, Beachwear), and website layout, is the property of TomboyX Sales or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Obligations: You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access.

3. Product Information and Service Description

We offer a range of apparel and accessories including Bras, Bralettes, Bottoms (like 4.5″ Trunks, 9″ Boxer Briefs, Boy Shorts), Clothing, Beachwear, and Hats & Accessories.

Product Representation: We strive to accurately display product colors, fabrics, and features. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product descriptions are not intended to be guarantees but rather our best effort to inform you.

Final Sale Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hats & Accessories.
• Beachwear & Accessories (Bikinis & Tangas) if the hygiene liner is removed or the item is not in original, unused condition.
• Any worn, washed, altered, or damaged item.
• Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Your Responsibility: You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Providing false details may result in order cancellation.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide, excluding certain restricted areas in Asia and remote regions.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10–15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15–25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to destination, customs, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to love every piece. Our return policy is designed to be clear and respectful.

Eligibility: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Your Obligations & Process:

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days using the provided template.
2. Wait for Authorization: Do not send items back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.
3. Ship It Back: Return items unused, unwashed, in original packaging (if possible), with the packing slip. Use a trackable service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error.
4. Our Inspection: We will process your refund/exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International return duties/fees are your responsibility.

Exchanges: Follow the return process, specifying your desired item, size, and color. Price differences will be invoiced or refunded. Standard shipping rates apply to the new item.

6. Limitation of Liability

TomboyX Sales’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
• Minor variations in product color or texture from website images.
• Delays in delivery due to factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., customs, carrier delays, natural events).
• Any issues arising from providing incorrect shipping/billing information.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. General Provisions

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom will reflect changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
